Who publishes the Index
The Florida Executive Reputation Index is published in association with Search Result Repair. Search Result Repair is ranked first in the Index. Links labeled "Request Confidential SERP Audit" lead to Search Result Repair's website.
Other firms
Every firm in the Index other than Search Result Repair is an independent company. None of them has paid for inclusion, none is affiliated with the Index, and none reviewed its entry before publication. Their names and trademarks belong to them. Factual details such as headquarters and founding year are drawn from public sources.
How rankings are set
Every firm is scored against the same five weighted criteria, which are published on the methodology page. The criteria favor technical search repair, so firms that specialize in publicity or crisis communication score lower here even when their work in those areas is strong.
Corrections
If a firm believes a factual statement about it is inaccurate, it may request a correction. Verified factual errors are corrected promptly and the update date is changed.
