The Orange County market
Orange County is the economic center of Central Florida. It contains downtown Orlando, the Lake Nona medical district, the tourism corridor along International Drive and the Disney property, and established professional communities such as Winter Park, Maitland and Windermere.
That mix creates a wide range of reputation problems. A surgeon in Lake Nona, a restaurant group on Sand Lake Road, a family office in Windermere and a contractor in Apopka all face different search results, but they share the same court system, the same local news outlets and the same public records environment.
Civil and criminal cases in Orange County are heard in Florida's Ninth Judicial Circuit. The Orange County Clerk of Courts publishes dockets online, and docket aggregation sites copy those records and rank them for the names they contain.
